Production Process
CNC machine to cutting the material according to the drawing, and then start to do jointing, add glue and use clip to fix.
Water polish-QC inspection-Packing
If have mould style, just mix the material first and then inject the material into the mould, then put them to oven machine to finalize and do grinding/polish.
Delivery time: 15-35 days depends on the order quantity
1. Every piece has PET cover on all polished surface ;
2. Every piece was inserted into a plastic bag
3. Fixed with special design foam;
4. Then inserted into the wooden crate
